“How often should I hire a window cleaner to keep my windows clean?”

We offer scheduled window cleaning maintenance quarterly, bi-annually, yearly, or even weekly for commercial. It’s satisfying when your windows are so clean that your looking through them rather than at them.

“Do I have to be home for the service?”

All of our services can be completed without anyone home. If requested we can provide before and after pictures to be sent to your email the second the job is completed.

“Are you licensed and insured?”

Yes we are fully licensed and insured and we keep track of our hours for Labor and Industries. There is no need for bonding with these services. Bonding insurance is to ensure that you get payed back if loaning us money to perform construction on your home. There is no need for loaning us money.

“How do we arrange payment?”

We take all major credit and debit cards via online (link from your email invoice) or through Square over the phone at the location of the service. We also take checks and cash. All payments are due after job is completed to satisfaction.

“Why should I clean my windows when it is just going to rain?”

It is the dust in the air that sticks to the glass and then rain runs down the dirt leaving drip marks. Rain doesn’t dirty the windows, it actually beads off the windows when we clean them with our professional soap. Contrary to one’s belief, winter is a great time to have your windows cleaned.

“Are your technicians employees or subcontractors?”

Our technicians are employees who drive company vehicles and work with company tools. This offers much more protection for homeowners than the subcontractor model.

“How do you clean gutters and will you clean up the mess?”

Our gutter cleaning procedure is to hand scoop or blow out the debree with a high power blower. We then make sure that the downspouts are clear and check with you to see if you want any filters installed, if needed. We make sure our cleanup work leaves things looking better than when we came.

“Do you recommend a Gutter Protection System?”

A routine maintenance schedule is what we recommend unless you have large amounts of degree dropping consistently year round from tree cover (such as cedar). Keep in mind the gutter covers will need to be cleaned as well, which takes much more time then without. If your gutters are getting clogged regularly then there is probably debris landing on your roof also, which we blow off every time we clean gutters. With our recurring maintenance schedule we can take better care of your roof and gutters for a modest fee and you can avoid the up front investment of thousands of dollars.

“What are window panes?”

Panes are the individual pieces of glass in a window frame. Most windows have one or two panes but are not limited. Small panes individually divided with frames sometimes are called French panes or picture windows.

“Will It Harm My Roof If Someone Walks On It?”

Some roofing materials are more fragile than others and we are very familiar with the different types of material and proper methods for walking on them. The real answer is that allowing debris and moss to accumulate on your roof does much more damage than carefully walking on the roof to maintain it.

“What Are Those Black Stains On The Roof?”

Those black stains are Algae.

“How Does A Roof Get Moss And Algae In The First Place?”

Airborne spores spread algae from one infected roof to another. Ask your neighbors to treat their roof too.
