We do class A style work with no streaks. We use drop cloths for interior window cleaning and take extra care so nothing is damaged. Once you have your windows cleaned you’ll be surprised you went so long without it. Having your windows cleaned avoids glass degradation. Glass will, over time, become permeated with a variety of contaminants: hard minerals (from sprinkler systems and building run-off), oxidization (from windows encased in metal frames and screens), acid rain, sea spray, over spray (from paint, chalking, mortar and more).  Hard water (rain water runs over prefabricated surface i.e… wood stain, painted siding, concrete sealant and deposits minerals and acids from those substances into pores of glass as rain water flows down window glass surface) can damage glass if not maintained on a regular basis.

It is recommended to have at least two cleanings per year.

Our window cleaning process:

We scrub the windows with eco-friendly soap, then squeegee to a streak free finish, and then wipe around the sides with a cloth. Then we touch up afterwards to remove little spots that need to be cleaned. We do a complimentary wipe to window tracks. Windows and sills are wiped clean and dry. We use shoe covers when walking indoors. Screens are removed to clean windows and then reinstalled afterward. We can brush the dust off your screen for $2 per screen or wash them for $4 per screen.
